Purchased my 3rd and final certified vehicle. It was a big mistake! They don't stand behind their vehicles like they make it seem when you purchase it. There's too much to list on how they let me down. There's many other options out there, use them instead of fox.
My wife had to bring our car back for an additional fix that wasn't fix the first time around. Another issue didn't get fix, he argue with my wife that the car didn't have the key feature, which it does, so it didn't get fix. My wife is going to get proof and will return the car for a third time. She hit a deer, which cause extensive damage, USAA was great, but had to go this place for our car to be fix. Waiting area is nice, free drinks, free wifi, small play area for kids. Bathrooms need cleaning though.
I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra from Fox. I was treated fairly, and the truck has been excellent to this point. I would recommend them to anyone.
When the salesman noticed my XTS 4 PLATINUM he asked where I had it serviced and invited me to the Service area and told me they could handle any work my car might need. I brought it to fox and had the service dept check the VIN and mileage TO BE SURE THE WARRANTY COVERED THE REPAIRS! The car has 57.000 miles and the transmission "hard shifts "from 2nd to 3rd. GM posted a Technical service bulletin addressing this issue. I made an appointment to have the work done. Without even test driving the car the bait and switch started, "The drivetrain is under warranty BUT it might this or that and this part of that might not be WARRANTY! So now I want to talk to the owner, he ain't available but some fella with his feet up on the desk tells me he is in charge, I tell him the short version of the problem and he says "All I can do is sell you a new car ". As I walked away he says "If he don't like it here, why doesn't he go somewhere else " Well KNUCKLEHEADS That's what I did! I strongly recommend you check with McGuire over in Ithaca. By the way, the reason I TRIED fox is my daughter bought a Cadillac from this dealership. If I have any influence, we will buy our next cars from McGuire. You boys with the dog stepped in it again...
2.) Make sure to write down the miles before you leave and match them up with the paperwork. I was charged for an extra 154 Miles because I didn't write the mileage down.
1.) Watch out for extra charges that they try to get you to purchase.
I went there to rent a car from Enterprise Not to do business with the dealer. So my review of Enterprise at this location is Not good.
