Horrible experience ! If you don't mind being treated like cattle you may enjoy your stall , that is until you have the pleasure of meeting your butcher. DR. Or should I say Mr. Smith is not a novice he has put enough time in to hate what he does and he is not afraid to let you know it. He let me know by breaking my jaw doing a normal extraction. I brought him pictures and some of the actual bone fragments that took almost a year to work their way out through the skin. Himself nor his staff were phased, they simply tacked $50.00 on my bill and have done their best to ruin my credit rating. If I were looking, I would pass on this gang of thugs.
Well two yrs ago it took over a yr for a root canal and cap well a yr later the poor dentist he is has my mouth all messed up cavities everywhere call today about it and I'm no longer a patient thanks for ruining my mouth bad dentist heard it for yrs still used him but plz don't use him
I went in for complete upper extractions. My initial appointment was good. Friendly staff. The DH was great but only had a few minutes with the Dr himself. I went to do my extractions yesterday. As soon as I got there I went straight back & the Dr came & began to numb me. My anxiety was through the roof! Dr Smith & his DH was great. They both were comforting. He made sure i was ok & up for it before he started anything. We laughed a lot because he is a very funny man. When be did the extractions I did not feel a thing. It was amazing. I'm so glad that i choose him to be my dentist! Thank you to Dr Smith & his wonderful staff!!!
I was seen back in the beginning January for a broken/very sore tooth, it was determined I would need it pulled. The absolute soonest they could see me for an extraction was the end of February. A week prior to my scheduled appt I started a new job and couldn't request time off during my first week. I called the office to reschedule (with a full weeks notice). Unfortunately they couldnt get me in until the end of April. Now my tooth is badly abcsessed, so I called to see if I could get an antibiotic prescribed. The dentist said 'absolutely not' for fear that I'd cancel my next appt(an entire month away). So now I'm left to suffer with an extremely swollen and painful abscessed. Definitely searching around for a new provider.
