I would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a new game, I live in prattsburgh (1hr away), was busy and got home excited for some gaming and never would have guessed this..the case was empty! Had to drive an hour back there to get the game, after them trying to screw me over for an hour they gave it to me. And then a hour back home.
If you love gaming you love gamestop.
