After a minor snafu( course management) my server Teresa more than made up for it with pleasant service.
If I could rate a zero I would. First off, the employees at this location talk rudely about they're customers right in front of them. Second of all, over easy eggs to this business means RAW eggs. These eggs were not edible and when returning them the workers complained and refused to take them off of my bill. Sadly to say I paid $11.25 for toast and hash browns. This has to be the worst restaurant experience I've ever came encounter with. I give this location 3 years max before they close the doors for good and I hope they do before someone gets seriously sick with salmonella.
Cheap coffee. Questionable plating of ever changing menu. Small booths. Cheap, except overpriced.
We got there, there wasn't that many customers we were seated right away took 5 min for the girls get our drink order than. We ordered breakfast, when our drink showed up. It was a half an hour before anyone came back by, I had to ask for my food. And the manager brought only half of my order over. Then the girl asked how it was and I had to ask for the second half of my meal. Once again the manager brought me my food. It took another 30 min sitting with empty plates for the bill. The only reason they got two stars is the food was good when I finally got to eat. Also walk gingerly on the floor it is like it was never mopped. The manager was so focused on her large family and no-one else. The coffee was cold too.
I enjoyed my experience at this location

If your sobering up after taking in Crystal City's nightlife, this is the best place to go...scratch that, ONLY place to go.
However, the cooks are good and the wait staff is usually friendly.
This used to be a 5-star review a year ago. This Denny's used to be our go-to, decent food, great service. The past three visits have been a joke. New servers have no idea what they're doing. I'm talking waiting 40 minutes for a burger in an almost-empty restaurant, during which no one checked on us. Twice in a row we've gotten cold food. One server was actually rude and defensive, like actually lady it IS your fault. Won't be returning for a long time.
